Returns & Refunds
Overview
We offer a 14-day return policy starting from the date your order is delivered. After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In its original packaging
- Defective or damaged upon arrival
Please note: returns are not accepted for reasons such as incorrect size selection or change of mind.
Gift cards and similar non-returnable items cannot be refunded.
Return Process
To initiate a return, you must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method.
Refund Processing Time
Refunds may take 4 to 7 business days to appear on your bank account after processing.
If you have not received your refund within 14 days, please:
- Check your bank account
- Contact your payment provider
- Reach out to us at contact@flipphoneclub.com
Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged.
If you need to request an exchange for the same item, please contact us via our support page.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund
- We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns
We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
Important Notes
- Returns sent after 14 days may not be accepted
- Items returned damaged or not in original condition may be partially refunded or rejected
